Add Worksheets to Other Schedules

In Cimplico Workpapers, the terms schedules and worksheets are used interchangeably within the Other Schedules section. This is where you can create and manage standalone schedules that don’t sit within a specific worksheet category.

You can add two types of schedules:

  • Blank Schedule – A generic worksheet with no pre-applied template

  • Calculation – A worksheet preloaded with a specific calculation template

Step 1: Go to the Other Schedules Page

From within a workpaper, navigate to the Other Schedules tab in the left-hand menu.

Step 2: Select ‘New Schedule’

Click the New Schedule button in the top-right corner of the page.

Step 3: Search or Select a Schedule

A page will open showing available schedule templates:

  • The first option will always be a blank schedule

  • The rest are calculation options – preconfigured worksheets designed for specific use cases

You can scroll or use the search bar to find the schedule you need.

Step 4: Click ‘+ Create’

Once you’ve selected your schedule, click + Create to add it to the list.

Step 5: Use the Schedule as Normal

After creation, your schedule will appear in the Other Schedules list. From here, you can:

  • Upload files

  • Add comments and queries
