Creating an account

Creating an account in Cimplico Workpapers is simple. To get started, head to workpapers.cimplico.com.

When you arrive, you'll either see one of 4 screens:

  1. Account login/signup

  2. About you

  3. Firm create/join

  4. Workpapers firm management

1. Account login/signup

If you haven't created an account, you'll see the following login/signup screen:

New account

The form contains two fields, requesting you to provide your:

  • Email address

  • Password

Login with Xero

When logging in, you can leverage SSO with your Xero account. SSO is a great way to get started with Workpapers quickly without the hassle of remembering another set of usernames and passwords. By leveraging your Xero account, we can complete Step 2 for you!

Once you have created your account, you will be redirected to the About You section of the onboarding flow, as seen below.

2. About you

After creating your account, you will see the first section of the onboarding flow:

About you

The About You form will prompt you to enter the following information:

  • Given Names

  • Family Name

Once you have filled out the form, click the Continue button to proceed.

If you see the screen above, click Joining a Firm or Creating a Firm for more information.

4. Workpapers firm management

Workpapers firm management

If you see the screen above, you're part of a firm and should head to Navigating the firm.
