There are a few possible reasons why you might not be able to add a specific Calculation template to your workpaper:
1. Entity type restriction:
Some Calculation templates are only available for specific entity types. If the template isn’t available for your entity type, it won’t appear as an option to add.
💡 Tip: We recommend opening your entity in Cimplico Workpapers and double-checking the entity type. If you're using Xero, we pull these details straight from the file but they may not always have been set up correctly. You can update these in your entity's settings on Cimplico Workpapers.
2. Template already added:
The Calculation template may already be included in your workpaper. If this is the case, you’ll need to locate and use the existing template rather than adding it again.
3. Workpaper Type doesn't align
Some Calculations are only available for specific workpaper types (BAS, FBT, Annual Compliance). Ensure that your workpaper type is correct if you can't see your desired calculation.
