You can check who has certified a workpaper in the following ways:
Option 1: From the Workpaper List
Assignees are shown by their icons (profile picture or initials) on the firm workpaper list (ensure that your filter includes completed workpapers)
A small green tick next to an assignee’s icon confirms they have certified the workpaper.
You can hover over the icons to see the certifiers name
💡 Tip: Remember that users inherit permissions of the users below them. Therefore, you may have instances where a preparer or reviewer doesn't have a green ticket, because a user in the role above them has certified on their behalf.
Option 2: From the Workpaper certification screen
Select the completed workpaper and click ‘Completed’ to see the full breakdown of who has certified, when they certified, and for what role.
