Setting a default Other Schedule template allows your firm to streamline workpaper creation. When a default is selected, it will automatically appear in the Other Schedule Template dropdown when setting up a new workpaper - saving time and reducing manual selection.

ℹ️ Note: Templates can only be managed by Managers and Administrators. You won't be able to access the Templates section without either of these permissions.

The below screenshots shows where the default Other Schedule Template will appear during workpaper creation.

Step 1: Navigate to Other Schedule templates

  1. From the main navigation, go to Templates → Other Schedules.

  2. Find the template you want to set as default. Use the Published tab to narrow your search if needed.

Step 2: Set as default

  1. Open the published template.

  2. In the top-right corner, click the ⋯ (three dots).

  3. Select Set as Default Template.

  4. A confirmation will appear and the template will now be marked as default.

💡 Note: Only one template can be the default at any time. To change it, simply repeat these steps on a different published template.
