Can I assign users to worksheets in other schedules?

Yes, you can assign users to worksheets in Other Schedules.

How to Assign Users

  • In Bulk:

    • Go to the Other Schedules tab.

    • Select the checkboxes on the left for the worksheets you want to assign.

    • Click Add Assignees, choose the user/s, and confirm.

  • Individually:

    • Open the worksheet.

    • Click the plus icon next to the assignee icon and select the user.

ℹ️ Note:

  • Users can still work on a worksheet even if they are not assigned to it.

  • Assignments are primarily for dividing responsibilities and tracking tasks.
