The below highlights how to edit a procedure template in Cimplico Workpapers:

Steps to Edit Procedure Templates

  1. Navigate to the header and select Templates, then choose Procedures.

  2. On the Procedures page, select the procedure list you want to edit.

  3. Follow the relevant steps below depending on what you want to modify.

ℹ️ Note: Only administrators and managers can edit procedure templates.

Add Procedure

  1. Select New Procedure

  2. Fill in the details including name, description, role, category and entity type if relevant

  3. Select Create Procedure

Change Procedure

  1. Select the three dots at the end of the procedure's row

  2. Select Edit Procedure

  3. Update the details

  4. Select Save

Delete Procedure

  1. Select the item using the checkbox

  2. Select Delete

  3. Confirm Delete from the pop-up

Move Procedure

  1. Select the item using the checkbox

  2. Select Add to Category

  3. Select the new category from the dropdown

  4. Select Assign

Add Procedure Category

  1. Select the arrow next to New Procedure

  2. Select New Category

  3. Enter the details

  4. Select Create.

Edit Procedure Category

  1. Click Edit at the end of the relevant category’s row

  2. Update the details

  3. Click Save.

Delete Procedure Category

  1. Click Delete at the end of the category’s row

  2. Confirm Delete from the pop-up

Delete Entire Procedure list

  1. Select Delete at the top of the page

  2. Confirm the deletion from the pop-up.

Edit Procedure List Name

  1. Click Edit Template at the top of the page

  2. Update the name

  3. Select Save.
