ℹ️ Note: Only an administrator can remove users from the firm.
To remove a user from your firm, follow these steps:
In the top-right corner of the screen, click on the cog icon to open the Firm Settings area.
Within Firm Settings, click on the Users tab to view the list of all firm users.
Tick the box to the left of the name(s) of the user(s) you wish to delete.
Click the ‘Remove from Firm’ button to delete the selected user(s) from your firm.
A prompt will appear to confirm the removal. Review the information and confirm the action to complete the process.
ℹ️ Note: Deleting a user does not undo or delete their completed work.
Any prepared, reviewed, or certified workpapers they worked on will remain intact.
For open workpapers where the user was assigned as an Approver, only an Administrator can assign a new approver to finish the approval process.
