ℹ️ Note: Only an administrator can change a users role in the firm.
To change the role of a user in Workpapers, complete the following:
In the top-right corner of the screen, click on the cog icon to open the Firm Settings area.
Within the Firm Settings, locate and click on the Users tab to view a list of all firm users.
Find the user whose role you want to change.
Tick the box to the left of their name.
Once selected, a box labeled ‘Edit Role’ will appear. Click on it and a pop up will open.
Select the new role type from the dropdown.
Confirm the role change by selecting 'Edit Role' to ensure the updates are applied.
