Automatic status checks and controls
Take the guess-work out of worksheet preparation and reviewing. If items aren't complete on a worksheet, you can hover over the review button to see what's outstanding. When the worksheet is prepared, Cimplico Workpapers will automatically update its status and enable reviewing.
Create entries to reconcile the account
Reconcile the account by adding debit/credit entries. Provide a description and attach your evidencing documents for simple reviewing.
Worksheet-specific checklist items
Checklist items mapped to report codes appear directly where they're relevant, with controls in place to prevent worksheet reviewing until items are completed.
Reference files
Browse, edit, and preview files stored on the worksheet, and add new documents or links. Navigate through the file path to reference files from other worksheets, workpapers, or entities.
Full audit trail
Keep track of what actions were performed on a worksheet, who performed them and when from the History tab.
Comments and queries where you need them
Create internal comment threads with with review points for preparers or questions for colleagues or queries. Tag users, format text and add bullet points for clarity. Draft and refer back to client queries related to the worksheet, all from the one screen!
