Client queries in Cimplico Workpapers allow you to request and track information from clients. Once a query has been addressed, you can mark it as resolved or delete it if it’s no longer needed.
Step 1: Locate the client query
Find the query in one of two places:
On the worksheet where it was originally created (if relevant)
On the client queries page, which lists all client queries queries across a workpaper.
Step 2: Mark the query as resolved
Click the ellipses (...) next to the query.
Select Resolve.
This will move the query to the resolved section.
Alternative: Delete the query
If the query is no longer required, you can delete it instead:
Click the ellipses (...) next to the query.
Select Delete to remove it permanently.
