Marking multiple procedures as not applicable at once is a quick and efficient way to manage irrelevant items in a workpaper. Follow these steps to perform this action:
In an open workpaper, select the Procedures Page from the left-hand menu.
Locate the procedures you want to mark as not applicable and tick the square checkboxes on the far left of each item (you'll need to hover over them to make them appear)
Once you’ve selected the procedures, click the Mark as Not Applicable button that appears above the list.
Provide a reason for marking the procedures as not applicable:
Select a reason from the dropdown menu, or
Enter a custom reason in the text field.
Click Confirm to apply the action in bulk. All selected procedures will now be marked as not applicable, and the reason will be logged for each item.
