Creating an account in Cimplico Workpapers is simple. Whether you're a user or firm admin the process is the same. 

To get started, head to workpapers.cimplico.com. 

When you arrive, you'll either see one of 5 screens:

1. Account login/signup
2. About you
3. Firm create/join
4. Firm setup
5. Workpapers firm management

1. Account signup

If you haven't created an account yet you'll see the following login/signup screen:

The form contains two fields, requesting you to provide your:

• Email address
• Password

Login with Xero

Included in the login form is also the option to leverage SSO with your Xero account. SSO is a great way to get started with Workpapers quickly, without the hassle of remembering another set of usernames and passwords. By leveraging your Xero account we can also complete Step 2 for you!

Once you have created your account you will be redirected to the About you section of the onboarding flow, as seen below.

2. About you

After creating your account you will see the first section of the onboarding flow:

The About you form will prompt you to enter the following information:

• Given Names
• Family Name

Once you have filled these fields out you can click Continue to proceed to either create a firm or join a firm.

3. Firm create/join

If you see the above screen and are wanting to join a firm, head to General 3/7: Joining a firm for next steps. If you're a firm admin interested in creating a firm, head to Setup 1/5: Creating a firm for next steps.

4. Firm setup
